Apple A11 Chipset For iPhone 8 Will Own Hexa-Core Processor?

Not only the iPhone or iPad is a concern when launched, but the chipset is carried by the device is also no less a concern. Last year when iPhone 7 and 7 Plus were announced, Apple also introduced the new Apple A10 Fusion chipset. For those of you who do not know, the chipset is the first chipset from Apple that supports Quad-core processors, because the previous chipset is still using dual-core processors.

If the increase in the number of cores from dual-core to quad-core becomes a big change from Apple, it seems the iPhone chipset for this year will also change. This is known thanks to developer Steve Troughton-Smith on Twitter, who said the Apple A11 Fusion Chipset that launches this year will introduce a hexa-core (6-core) setup. This processor will consist of quad-core "Mistral" cores and dual-core "Monsoon" cores.

The configuration is similar to the big.LITTLE architecture where the chipset will support multiple cores but with multiple cores alone devoted to heavy / intensive tasks, while other cores are used to handle lighter applications. That way, the processor will be more efficient in the use of power, which impact on the longer battery life. However it should be noted that the A11 Fusion chip will not be the first of the hexa-core chipsets from Apple because previously the A10X Fusion chip has come with the configuration. However, the A10X Fusion chip is only used by 12.9-inch iPad Pro and 10.5-inch iPad Pro. So, the Apple A11 Fusion chipset will be the first hexa-core chip to be carried by the iPhone this year.

As expected, in addition to launching Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, the company has also launched Xiaomi Mi Note 3. If Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 comes with a super thin bezel, Xiaomi Mi Note 3 comes with a design similar to Mi 6 or can be said if Mi Note 3 is a Mi 6 Plus that has a larger size. In addition, Xiaomi also no longer apply the curved screen on Mi Note 3.

Because the design Mi Note 3 is the same as Mi 6, so for the basic design looks exactly the same including the rear camera placement. This smartphone uses a frame of aluminum 7 series with a matte texture and has a curved body, so it feels comfortable in the grip.

Xiaomi is rumored to be launching new notebooks along with Mi MIX 2

Today Xiaomi is scheduled to release its latest full-screen smartphone, the Mi MIX 2. Even the company is also rumored to be releasing Mi Note 3 at the launch of Mi MIX 2. But it seems that not only two devices are launched, as there are indications that the company will release the latest Mi Notebook Pro.

Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro will come with a larger screen, which is 15.6 inches wide. Even recently Mi Notebook Pro has also received the usual 3C certification for chargers. This indicates that the new notebook will be equipped with a 20V / 2.25A or 20V / 3.25A power adapter that will have a maximum power supply of this configuration is 45W or 65W.
From here, the possibility of Mi Notebook Pro is not a gaming laptop because the requirements of high-end games require 80W or higher power adapter. In addition, 3C notice indicates that this notebook supports 4G mobile network. Of course this is an interesting feature, because the notebook can connect to the internet independently.

For other specifications of Mi Notebook pro includes the presence of fingerprint sensor and Full HD 1080p resolution screen, this new notebook is said to be present with dual-core processor Intel i7 8550U and i5 8250U combined with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage memory. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 Appears In This Latest Photo Leak Before Launch

Leakage of Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 already emerging and it is fairly reasonable considering the launching day of Mi MIX 2 will be held on this day on 11 September. But before the futuristic device was launched, recently appeared in Weibo leaked photos that allegedly show the form of Xiaomi Mi MIX 2.

Although the authenticity of the leaked photos can not be ascertained, but considering the launch of Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 will take place today along with Mi Note 3, it would not hurt to see this latest leaked photos.

In leak this time looks very thin bezel or even almost no bezel on three sides, ie top and right side left. Even for the bottom bezel is much thinner than the first generation Mi MIX. If the photo is true, of course Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 will be the most amazing smartphone for this year. For the selfie camera position is still in the bottom bezel, while for the volume and power / lock on the right side of the smartphone. Unfortunately because this photo shows the front, so we can not know anything on the top and bottom side of Mi MIX 2. The possibility of this new phablet will come with USB Type-C and eliminate 3.5mm audio jack. Leaked photos this time also did not reveal anything about the specifications that will be carried by Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, but in previous reports have revealed if this smartphone will present with high-end specifications.

Intel Coffee Lake Processor Price Revealed Upon Launch

For Intel fans out there who are waiting for anticipation for Intel Coffee Lake to arrive, some of the latest information has been leaked at the moment. The 8th generation Intel Core processor, or better known as Intel Coffee Lake, is rumored to be available from early October. Although slightly missed from the previous rumor estimates that mention will be available in early August or in the third quarter (Q3), but at least the leak can be a little dampening curiosity of his loyal fans who have been very impatient waiting for his presence.

Technically, it can be said that October is included from the beginning of the fourth quarter (Q4). So the launch date of October 5 for the latest MSI Z370 Godlike Gaming motherboard model that has entered the fourth quarter (Q4) this year will certainly make sense. The Intel Coffee Lake processor itself is expected to reach several stores at least in Finland, and most likely around the world. But considering Intel Coffee Lake is built using a 14nm process and using the LGA1151 socket, it means that fans will be getting ready to be disappointed because they will not be able to reuse their current Skylake / Kaby Lake motherboards and have to buy a new motherboard that has support for those features . In addition to MSI, a number of motherboard models based on Coffee Lake made by Gigabyte has also leaked some time ago. Meanwhile, the leak-related prices of Intel Coffee Lake processors reportedly also been circulating in Finland are summarized as follows:

Meanwhile, the leak-related prices of Intel Coffee Lake processors reportedly also been circulating in Finland are summarized as follows:
Core i3-8350K will sell for € 199 ($ 199 excluding VAT)
Core i5-8600K will sell for € 299 ($ 299 excluding VAT)
 Core i7-8700K will sell for € 419 ($ 420 excluding VAT)

For Core i3-8350K is a quad-core processor, while Core i5 and i7 Coffee Lake are both 6-core chips with i7 that support Hyperthreading better because they have stretches up to 12-thread. Such price leaks may be fairly accurate for Finland (only time will tell for sure), but not in other countries. Intel does not market its CPUs with the same direct conversion price in all markets and price tags vary by location. The above direct conversion pricing may differ at launch in the United States and other countries.

Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 Officially Announced, Have Body More Slimmer and More Stunning

After appearing in various leaks during the last few days, Xiaomi finally launched its second-generation full-screen smartphone named Mi MIX 2. As the next generation, of course the company has pinned some improvements from this new handset including the design, specifications, up to the price.

In price, Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 looks quite different from the first generation because this smartphone has a more rounded corner design. In addition, if the first generation Mi MIX has a high body and width, the Mi MIX 2 looks shorter and slimmer, because the bezel on this smartphone is thinner than its predecessor.

For this second generation, Xiaomi also still rely on the same ceramic body as its predecessor generation. Ceramic body of this smartphone has a four-sided curve that gives the impression ergonomis. There are also some improvements with respect to audio, which are described below.
For specifications, Mi MIX 2 comes with a 5.99 inch wide screen resolution of 2160 × 1080 pixels (18: 9) and uses AMOLED panels. It dismisses previous rumors that say if Mi MIX 2 will come with a 6.2 inch screen.

Xiaomi has released Mi MIX 2 in four different memory variants, but all variants are supported by the same chipset, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 with GPU Adreno 540. The four variants of this smartphone consists of: 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM 6GB RAM + 256GB ROM 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM (Special Edition) Unfortunately, Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 does not fit into the dual-camera smartphone lineup of Xiaomi, as this smartphone only carries a camera on the back. For the main camera setup, this smartphone carries the same Sony IMX386 12MP sensor as Mi 6. This camera sensor has a pixel size of 1.25μm, f / 2.0 aperture and optical image stabilization 4-axis.

On the back is also seen a dual-tone LED flash, and fingerprint scanner sensor that is under the main camera. As for selfie or video call can use 5MP resolution front camera that also supports facial recognition and autofocus support.

Because the size of this smartphone screen is getting smaller, reasonable when the battery capacity decreased from 4400mAh in the previous generation to 3400mAh. Fortunately this smartphone has been equipped with features Quick Charge 3.0 which shorten the charging time.

Not to forget, this smartphone also has Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity support but does not have a 3.5 mm audio jack. This smartphone runs MIUI 9 based on Android Nougat. Of course expected to come soon Android 8.0 Oreo update in the near future.
